2. 1 pkg. active dry yeast

3. 3/4 c. tapioca flour

4. One teaspoon. Agar-Agar powder

7. 2 tbs. buttermilk powder

8. 2 tsp. xanthan gum

(Extra tapioca flour for rolling the pizza dough)

Wet Ingredients

1. 1/2 c. lukewarm water

2. 1 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar

3. 2 tsp. essential olive oil

To produce your delicious gluten-free pizza crust, mix all dry ingredients well in the large bowl. Once mixed, add the wet ingredients. Stir until all is forming a well-combined doughy mixture. Remove dough from bowl to some tapioca-floured surface for kneading. Assist the dough until you have a solid ball. Divide the dough in two. Work each half in to a flattened pizza crust and set on a pizza stone or parchment-lined baking sheet. (sprinkle corn meal on parchment paper before putting crust onto it.) Bake your crusts at 400 degrees for around 5-7 minutes to firm. Remove from oven, add your toppings and pop into the oven for about ten minutes.
